Be prepared with First Aid and CPR classes

Island Rec is offering a First Aid Class on Monday Sept. 26 and a CPR class on Wednesday, Sept. 28.

Are you prepared for an injury or life-threatening emergency that could take place in your home or workplace?

Island Rec is offering a First Aid Class on Monday Sept. 26 and a CPR class on Wednesday, Sept. 28.

Both classes meet at the Aid Unit on Spring Street and run from 5:30 – 9:30 p.m. Cost is $25 per class and pre-registration is required.

Register for one or both classes on www.islandrec.og or in person at Island Rec at 580 Guard Street, between 1-5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
