From 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., on Friday, Dec. 1, visit the Friday Harbor Winterfest 2017: Soup with Santa at Brickworks. Attendees can see Santa after the Island Lights Festival. Market Chef will sell soup and macaroni and cheese and another vendor will sell hot, spiced apple cider.

Then, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 2 and Sunday, Dec. 3, the Friday Harbor Winterfest will hold an Old Fashioned Christmas Market. The event, in conjunction with the San Juan Island Farmers Market, features local food, kids’ activities, island crafts, artists’ booth, music, caroling, and holiday festivities.
