The lighted boat parade, which is typically sponsored by the Friday Harbor Sailing Club, has been canceled for Saturday, Dec. 16. Usually, the Lions Club Santa passes out toys at this event.

Instead, the LEO Club of San Juan Island will be at Brickworks Old Fashioned Christmas Market on Saturday, Dec. 2, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The LEO Club will give each child a gift, along with a candy cane and a piece of fruit. These items are purchased with funds the LEOs and Lions earn during yearly fundraisers. The Lion Club Santa will be there too.
