Griffin Bay School needs volunteer tutors to work one-on-one with individual students or with small groups.  Tutors can be comfortable with any subject area, but math tutors and those who can help students navigate online classes are in high demand.

According to school officials, they have been fortunate to have two dedicated volunteers already this year, who have enhanced student comprehension of their studies.

Griffin Bay provides a variety of educational options for San Juan Island School District students that are unavailable in a traditional school setting.
