‘Know Your Island Walk’: Roche Harbor Highlands & Briggs Lake Trail

Trail builder and Roche Harbor neighbor Mike Buettell will lead a three-hour walk and exploration of Roche Harbor Highlands’ Briggs Lake Trail.

The guided walk begins at 1 p.m., Saturday, July 28. Meet in the parking lot at the intersection of Roche Harbor and West Valley roads.

The trail covers four miles of slight uphill and downhill terrain, and is rated as “moderate”. Dogs are welcome, but must be leashed. For info, www.sanjuanislandtrails.org.
