The Wolverines took on the Mount Vernon Christian Hurricanes Dec. 20 in Turnbull gym. The boys had a close matchup, but yet the Wolverines led most of the contest with at least a 10 point lead. In the second half, the Hurricanes had a scoring drive coming to within five points of the Wolverines. However, in the final minutes, the Wolverines inched away taking the win 59-47.

The Wolverines hosted the Sultan Turks on Saturday, Dec. 21 at Turnbull gym. The Wolverines boys had a tough contest against the Turks with the Turks leading most of the game. With five minutes left in the fourth quarter, the Wolverines came to within 3 points of catching the Turks, however, as time proceeded so did the Turks shooting with them taking the win 44-37.
