This two-part workshop, given by Katerina Wen, will focus on how breath, movement, and nutrition can enhance brain health. This class is for everyone that values the longevity of their brain and seeks to upgrade its capacity and performance! Classes are held Monday and Wednesday, March 25–27 at Friday Harbor Holistic Health, 669 Mullis Street, No. 202, from 6-7:30 p.m. There is a registration fee of $49.
