Start each day with a joyful practice of yoga, starting from 8:15-9:15 a.m., Thursday, Dec. 6, at Dance Workshop 2. Registration is $43. Beginners are welcome.
The morning flows will be taught by teacher Katerina Wen, who brings a wealth of 20 years of professional teaching knowledge. Benefits include creating strength and flexibility; toning the spine, torso, legs and shoulders; oxygenating the whole body; rejuvenating vital organs; stimulating the cardiovascular, metabolic and respiratory systems; releasing tension, tightness or holding patterns causing physical restrictions or pain; calibrating the right and left hemispheres of the brain to foster emotional balance; slowing the breath; and building inner joy and self-confidence.
