Adult Co-Ed Softball Tournament
Island Rec is now accepting registrations for the Co-Ed Softball Tournament on Aug. 2-3.

The registration deadline is July 24 and the cost is $175 per team. Registration forms are available online at www.islandrec.org or at the Island Rec office at 580 Guard Street. For more information, contact Abby Spann at 378-4953.

Basketball and tennis camps July 28 to Aug. 1
During the week of July 28 to Aug. 1, Skyhawks will be offering a morning and afternoon three hour Basketball Academy. Tennis will be offered the same week from 9 a.m. to noon. Both camps are designed for kids ages 7–14.

For registrations received before July 18, the cost for the Basketball Academy will be $102 and $114 for Tennis.

Skyhawks returns to the island the week of Aug. 25-29 offering Cheerleading, Multi-Sport Camp and Mini-Hawks Camps. Ages for these camps range from 4-14 years old.

Alumni game, fundraiser July 26
Bragging rights and more will be on the line when the Friday Harbor Baseball Boosters Club hosts its first-ever Wolverine alumni game and fundraiser July 26 at Hartman Field.

Players from Wolverine squads of the past and present will take the field to help raise money and off-set the programs growing expenses. A barbecue, silent auction and the sale of authentic Wolverine baseball caps are slated for the event. Head Coach Rich Warin is also taking bids on throwing out the first ball of the game.

Players interested in participate can contact Warin at 378-2318, or assistant coach Steve Schramm at 378-3195. Auction items also can be donated by contacting Warin or Schramm.

The time of the game has yet to be determined.
