2014 Homecoming Parade: a spirited competition

Spirit Week at Friday Harbor High School reaches its crescendo, Friday, Oct. 17, beginning with the annual Homecoming parade through town, beginning in mid-afternoon, followed by the football game, at 6:30 p.m.

Fresh off a 30-6 victory at Orcas Island, Saturday, Oct. 11, the Friday Harbor football (4-1 league, 4-2 overall) will be seeking to avenge its only loss in league play this season at Friday’s Homecoming game.

The Wolverines will host the Lions of Concrete (5-1) in a battle of Northwest 1B/2B League leaders, and with the league championship quite likely on the line.

Kick off is 6:30 p.m.
