Submitted by the San Juan Community Theatre

San Juan Community Theatre will hold auditions for its upcoming summer production of Every Brilliant Thing on Saturday, April 20th at 2pm. This beautiful play explores the lengths we go for those we love through the eyes of a child whose mother suffers from depression. Filled with resounding hope, infectious humor, and surprising warmth, Every Brilliant Thing counts the joys that make living wonderful and celebrates the hope we find in the smallest miracles of life. (This show includes brief dialogue about depression and suicide). Auditions will be held at the PARC Building (70 Saltspring Drive) and will consist of readings from the script. These readings are available free-of-charge at the SJCT Box Office. Copies of the full script are also available with a $10 deposit (refundable on return of the script) at the SJCT Box Office, open 11am-2pm, Tuesday-Friday. If you would like to audition but cannot attend, Director Nathan Kessler-Jeffrey can be reached at nathan@sjctheatre.org. More information, including a character breakdown, rehearsal, and performance schedule can be found at www.sjctheatre.org/get-involved/auditions.
