Mark your calendars, folks! San Juan Island’s 30th Annual Children’s Festival is happening Saturday, May 7. Island Rec is currently recruiting local organizations that would like to participate in this special event by hosting an activity that reflects this year’s festival theme:

Making Waves

This year we have selected a theme that will give a reason for all ages to explore what our island and the Salish Sea has to offer. We’d welcome any activity that fosters the imagination and inspires. Inquiries and activity ideas should be directed to Jen Henry. Organizations that would like to be involved are encouraged to email jen@islandrec.org for the provider packet. All activities must be submitted by April 8, 2022. Thank you so much to all who have already submitted paperwork.
