A Virtual Conversation featuring bestselling author Gabrielle Zevin

Submitted by The San Juan Island Library

The San Juan Island Library is partnering with Seattle Arts and Lectures to present a livestream conversation with bestselling author Gabrielle Zevin. Zevin will appear in conversation with speaker Ruchika Tulshyan to discuss her book Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow.

Spanning thirty years, from Cambridge, Massachusetts, to Venice Beach, California, and lands in between and far beyond, Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow examines the multifarious nature of identity, disability, failure, the redemptive possibilities in play, and above all, our need to connect: to be loved and to love.

Hailed as a “tour de force” by Ron Charles of the Washington Post, Zevin’s bestselling book has found both critical and commercial success, named one of the Best Books of the Year by the New York Times, Entertainment Weekly, TIME, GoodReads, and Oprah Daily.

The livestream event will take place on Thursday, April 25 at 7:30 p.m. and be followed by questions and answers. Join us in person at the library for a community viewing party.

The library will be hosting a book club to discuss Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, on Wednesday, April 24 at 6 p.m. The book club is open to the public, and copies of the book are available for checkout by request at the front desk.
