I am writing to support the bond for the construction of the new library in Friday Harbor. This much larger property will provide not just an updated library with important books and online offerings, but also a very much-needed community center and meeting place. All age groups, from seniors to students and preschoolers will benefit from the facility, with expanded programs and meeting spaces.
