Many out there have expressed an interest in the Orca Dreams subdivision and dock application that are currently under review by the San Juan County Department of Community Development.

It’s become apparent to us that there are a lot of misconceptions regarding the development proposal that are being passed around in our small island community via social media and the grapevine. Remember the game “Telephone?”

Because of this, Dave and Nancy Honeywell believe it would be productive if we had a chance to meet one another and discuss this proposal. We’d like to present the project to you and talk a bit about the information and reports that have been prepared for these applications, listen to your concerns and answer your questions.
