There’s another upcoming Know Your Island Walk on Saturday Aug. 22, 2015, from 1-4 p.m. at Westcott Bay Trail. Meet Lee Taylor, superintendent of San Juan Island National Historical Park, and learn about this recent addition to the park. Meet and park at English Camp in the main parking lot. The hike will be a total of 3 miles round trip. The hike is rated as moderate on a wooded path. No dogs allowed. Plan to rest at the Westcott Bay house for refreshments and a celebration of trails.
