Join, rehearse for the San Juan Island Fourth of July Parade band | Update

Band participants in Friday Harbor’s Fourth of July Parade will practice twice before the big day. All ages and skills are welcome and participants receive a free T-shirt.

Participants can just show up on July Fourth to join, as well.

One-hour rehearsals will be held in the Friday Harbor High School band room at 7 p.m. on Monday, June 25, and Thursday, June 28, as well as 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, July 4.

Members will have an hour before the parade to go over final details, hand out T-shirts and take care of instrument needs.

Meet by the baseball field on Spring Street by the water tower for placement and final instructions before the parade starts at 10:30 a.m.
