Pirate fest returns to the Port of Friday Harbor

The Port of Friday Harbor staff will sponsor their second annual pirate festival from Friday, June 22-Sunday, June 24. The free, family-oriented event includes tours of old historic wooden vessels, day sails, a treasure hunt, food, and more. Additional activities include a Popeye the Sailor short film in Fairweather Park on Friday; face painting and pirate music on Saturday; and a pancake breakfast from 9-11 a.m., Sunday.
