Students are the real winners | Letters

Your article entitled, Winners of the 2016 Knowledge Bowl, was somewhat misleading. Yes, the Rotary Club won in points; however, the real winners were the countless students who will benefit from the $107,000+ gifted to the San Juan Public Schools Foundation. Also, Rotary Team’s original member, Chris Compton, needed to withdraw because of family obligations (priority) and Mike Close filled in brilliantly.
