Damaging candidate signs is immature, use your vote instead | Letters

On my way to work this morning, I was dismayed to see “Trust Jenny” and “Michelle Loftus” signs knocked over. This was at the corner of Egg Lake and Roche Harbor Roads.

I propped them back up as best I could, but the wires were bent on one, and supporting sticks were broken on the other. It was clear the damage was purposeful.

I would hope that islanders would be more mature than to damage candidates’ signs. Try using your vote instead!
