Next up in the ongoing series of 'Know Your Island Walks' is... the historic neighborhoods of Friday Harbor

Join Friday Harbor’s Sandy Strehlou for the next in the Know Your Island Walk series, entitled “A Walk Through Historic Friday Harbor”, on Sat., May 28.

Strehlou, coordinator of historic preservation for the Town of Friday Harbor, will lead a 1-mile tour through the town historic neighborhoods, beginning at 1 p.m. The walk follows mostly along town sidewalks and is rated “easy”, and is expected to last about two hours.

Meet at Sunken Park, located at the intersection of Nichols and B streets, by 1 p.m. Dogs on leashes are welcome.
