Friday Harbor High School is proud to present The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical, at San Juan Community Theatre. This thrilling theatrical experience is brought to life by the talented cast and crew and Drama Director Lindsey Saarie, who have worked tirelessly to bring this story to the stage.

Based on the best-selling novel by Rick Riordan, The Lightning Thief follows the story of Percy Jackson, a young boy who discovers that he is the son of a Greek god. As he sets out on a quest to find Zeus’s lightning bolt, he encounters a host of mythical creatures and characters, including the powerful Medusa, the mischievous Hermes, and the kind-hearted Grover.

With captivating music and a talented and dedicated cast, The Lightning Thief promises to be a night to remember. So, gather your friends and family and join us at the San Juan Community Theatre for an unforgettable journey into the world of Greek mythology. The show only runs for one weekend, from Jan. 18-21, so don’t miss this exciting event! Evening performances begin at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday with a 2 p.m. matinee on Sunday. Thursday is pay-what-you-can admission at the door. Tickets are $12 for adults and $6 for students.
