Kimberly Kellogg Franck, 66, passed away quietly in her sleep on Saturday, September 10, 2022. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on January 22, 1956 to Dr. Howard Butters Kellogg, Jr., and Anne Rolfe Kellogg. Kim attended Three Points Elementary School, Chinook Middle School, and graduated from Bellevue High School in 1974. She then attended Washington State University, where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Nursing. She was a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority.

Kim wed her childhood sweetheart, James (Jim) Jerome Franck, on June 22, 1978. She dedicated her life to building a loving home for her husband of 44 years and their four children. She was an avid skier, loved to fish and crab, and cherished spending time with grandchildren at home on Yarrow Point.

Kim’s last days were spent celebrating her nephew’s wedding in Roche Harbor, where she spent many treasured years with family and friends at their cabin on Afterglow Drive.

Kim is survived by her husband Jim, her four children, John Howard Franck (Julie), Mathew James Franck (Amy), Richard Nelson Franck, and James Gallagher Franck (Amanda), along with her beloved nine grandchildren: Jackson, Levi, Hunter, Eloise, Milly, Hudson, George, Riley, and James (Jimmy).

A memorial service will be announced within the coming days. The family requests that any charitable donations in Kim’s memory be made to Bellevue LifeSpring, where Kim was recently recognized for her 25-years of voluntary service.
