You’ve got questions, they have answers; LofWV candidate forums

The League of Women Voters of the San Juans will sponsor a series of forums where candidates and speakers on ballot issues will address the public, and take questions.

Schedule as follows:

San Juan Island: Tuesday, Oct. 7, at the Grange Hall in Friday Harbor, 5 p.m.

Orcas Island: Wednesday, Oct. 8, Eastsound Fire Hall, 5 p.m.

Lopez Island: Thursday, Oct. 9, Grace Episcopal Church, 5 p.m.

The deadline for voter registration for the Nov. 4 election is Oct. 6.
