Every so often someone comes along with a fresh idea for the county Fair. Some stick, and evolve into a regular event, and somewhere along the way turn into a Fair favorite.

Homespun, heartwarming, inspired and somewhat absurd, and most appropriately named, San Juan County’s “Fairly Outrageous Trashion Fashion Show is just such an event. And this year event proved the biggest, brightest and best ever.
