A simulated of car crash involving an intoxicated teen driver signaled the start of a series of island-wide events—DUI arrest, mock trial, ER room treatment, teen and parent retreats and a mock funeral followed—as part of the Every 15 Minutes program, sponsored April 21-22 by San Juan EMS. Here's a look back at the simulation collision and emergency response staged at the Friday Harbor High School football field.
