San Juan Island School District schools are on a late start for Tuesday, Feb. 7. Schools will start at 9:45 a.m. Buses will run snow routes as listed below and the Head Start program is canceled.
- ˜ Boyce Road: Catch bus at Beaverton Valley Road or San Juan Valley Road
- ˜ Davison Head Area: Catch bus at Roche Harbor airport
- ˜ False Bay Road: Catch bus at Cattle Point Road
- ˜ Golf Course Road: Catch bus at Cattle Point Road
- ˜ Hannah Heights Area: Catch bus at Fire House
- ˜ Hillview Terrace: Catch bus at Roche Harbor Road
- ˜ Lonesome Cove Road: Catch bus corner of Limestone Pt. Rd & Rouleau Rd
- ˜ Miller Road: Catch bus at Fire Hall
- ˜ No. 2 Schoolhouse Road: Catch bus at Beaverton Valley Road
- ˜ North Egg Lake Road: Catch bus at Roche Harbor Road
- ˜ Portland Fair Road: Catch bus at first driveway on Cattle Point Road
- ˜ Roche Harbor Resort: Catch bus at Roche Harbor airport
- ˜ Snug Harbor: Catch bus at corner of Mitchell Bay Rd & West Side Rd
- ˜ Sutton Road: Catch bus at Roche Harbor Road
- ˜ University of WA Labs: Catch bus at intersection of Tucker & Labs Rd.
- ˜ Yacht Haven Road: Catch bus at De Haro Lane
The bus routes listed above will be in effect for both morning and afternoon routes. Bus drivers have been instructed not to drop students off if the drivers have doubts about the students’ ability to reach home safely. Such students will be returned to school. If your child is not picked up in the morning or does not reach home in the afternoon, please notify the school (Elementary 378-5209, Middle School 378-5214, High School 378-5215, District Office 378-4133.) Please contact the school if your child does not reach home as planned.
