The theme of the San Juan Island Chamber of Commerce 2013 island holiday lights contest was “Holiday Travel: by Plane, Sleigh or Ferry.” Winners were announced Dec. 6 as part of the annual tree-lighting ceremony,  and they are:

Best Overall Winner: Creative Passions Craft Supply House.

Best Interior: The American Legion.

Best Exterior: Earth Box.

Best Theme: Sand Pebble.

Best Window: Lavendera Day Spa.

Most Dramatic Display: Stillpoint School.
