Submitted by San Juan County.

San Juan County is proud to unveil new software to streamline its meetings and agenda management processes. The software, called Civic Clerk, integrates seamlessly into the County’s Civic Plus website and allows for increased collaboration among staff, ease of access for the public, and improved efficiency for agenda creation, approvals, minute-taking, voting, and much more.

What’s different?

The County’s previous program (AV Capture) is no longer active. Now, the public will be directed to the Civic Clerk portal, titled “San Juan County, WA – Agendas & Minutes.” This page can be accessed in the following ways:

The software was first used during the June 27 Council meeting and will support all other County-related meetings, including advisory board and committee meetings.
