A Celebration of Life for Al Sundstrom is Saturday, Sept. 20, beginning at 11:30 a.m. with funeral services at St. Francis Catholic Church, in Friday Harbor.

Born and raised on San Juan Island, and a prominent figure in island agricultural, Sundstrom died at his home Wednesday, Sept. 10. He was 96.

Funeral services will be followed by burial services at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, on Madden Lane, with a reception to follow at San Juan Island Grange No. 966, 152 N. First St.
