According to Northwest Multiple Listing Service News, in the San Juan Islands 353 residential houses and condominiums were for sale during the month of July. This is a decrease from last year at this time when there were 402 residential houses and condominiums on the market.

The median price for residential houses and condominiums rose from $420,500 in July 2015 to $507,500 in July of 2016. Last month, there were 53 houses pending sale in the county, which is up from July 2015’s 39 houses. Also this July, closed sales increased from 27 in 2015 to 34 this year.
