The Salish Sea Early Music Festival is pleased to announce the 2023 schedule at Brickworks:

• The Four-Part Italian Canzona (1580-1625) • with Vicki Boeckman (renaissance recorders), Anna Marsh (renaissance bassoon), Lindsey Strand-Polyak (viola), and Jeffrey Cohan (renaissance transverse flute)

— Saturday, February 25, at 12:30 p.m.:

• The Viennese Biedermeier Serenade (1815-1835) • with Oleg Timofeyev (guitar, Iowa City), Lindsey Strand-Polyak (viola) and Jeffrey Cohan (8-keyed flute)

— Saturday, March 11 at 12:30 p.m.

• Musica Alta Ripa (1695-1740) • with Bernward Lohr (harpsichord, Hannover, Germany), Anna Röhrig (violin, Hannover, Germany) and Jeffrey Cohan (baroque flute)

— Saturday, April 1 at 7 p.m. (note time change!)

• Obbligato Harpsichord and Flute (1720-1760) • with David Schrader (harpsichord, Chicago) and Jeffrey Cohan (baroque flute)

— Monday, May 1 (not at Brickworks, location to be announced)

• Lieder Abend (Haydn, Schumann and Brahms) • with Maike Albrecht (soprano) and Hans-Jürgen Schnoor (piano)

— Saturday, May 6 at 7 p.m.

• Bach I (Bach Cantata “Ich habe genug” etc.) • with Maike Albrecht (soprano, Lübeck, Germany), Hans-Jürgen Schnoor (harpsichord, Lübeck, Germany) and Jeffrey Cohan (baroque flute)

— Saturday, May 27, at 7 p.m.

• Bach II (Bach B Minor Suite, Bach Cantata 209 etc.) • with Maike Albrecht (soprano), Hans-Jürgen Schnoor (harpsichord), Jeffrey Cohan (baroque flute), Carrie Krause (violin), Elisabeth Phelps (violin), Lindsey Strand-Polyak (viola) and Annabeth Shirley (cello)

— Wednesday, June 21 at 7 p.m.
