Make some room in your freezer – deer hunting is open for a limited season at Lopez Hill and Mount Grant Preserves. Specific dates for 2022 are as follows:

Archery Sept. 1-23

Muzzle Loader Sept. 24-Oct. 2

Modern Firearm October 15-31

Special permit; Second Deer Sept. 1-Oct. 31

Be sure to review and follow all Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife hunting regulations and note that San Juan County is a Firearm Restriction Area. Written permission is required to hunt at both locations.
