The County Fair is coming up fast and gardeners are probably planning their entries in the Flower and Fruit and Vegetable halls.

We would like to remind entrants that the Horticultural entries have special green Exhibitor Tags which will be available at the public libraries. Each tag has two numbered parts which are separated after judging so our collator can fill in the details of the entry and awards on the white sheets everyone will provide.

We can only do this if both parts of the tag have been filled in properly! We have found in the past that the quickest, and most legible, way to do this is to bring a batch of return address labels. Then is it a simple matter to stick one on each of the two sections and another on the white sheet.

We are looking forward to a bumper crop of entries and to a lovely fragrant display in the Flower Hall.
