It was all hands on deck for the Rotary Club of the San Juan Islands members at its 17th Annual Car Show. A record amount of $21,000 was raised this year. Proceeds from the 2025 Car Show, held Aug. 10, went to the Joyce L. Sobel Family Resource Center, Rotary International’s PolioPlus fund and to “36 Weekends,” the local club’s program to reduce food insecurity for children by providing year-round weekend nutrition food for children on the weekends and snacks at the San Juan Island Elementary School and the San Juan Island Library.
