Soroptimist ‘Fellowship Award’ benefits women headed back to school

The $3,000 Fellowship Award is open to local women established in business or profession, who wish to undertake advanced study at an accredited college or university. Applications are being accepted.

Soroptimist International of Friday Harbor is seeking applications for one of their premier awards, the Fellowship Award.

This $3,000 award is open to local women established in business or profession, who wish to undertake advanced study at an accredited college or university. Ideally, candidates will have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, and present a study plan showing how an advanced degree will enhance her business or profession.

Candidates can download the application form at Soroptimist International of Friday Harbor website www.sifi.org.
