The Port of Friday Harbor will hold a special port meeting at 4 p.m., Wednesday, April 4 at the Skagit Valley College Community Room at 221 Weber Way. Commissioners will hear presentations from two prospective leasees on operating the Jensen Boat Yard and Marina.
