April is Poetry Month –let’s celebrate the poetry of nature! From 1-2:30 p.m., April 2, the Poetry Walk will feature readings of nature-inspired works by poetry lovers while strolling the one-mile climb to Mount Grant Preserve’s summit. There, Washington State Poet Laureate, Tod Marshall, will share some of his favorites. This free event is presented by San Juan County Land Bank and the San Juan Island Library. Limited space available. Contact Tanja Williamson at 378-4402 or tanjaw@sjclandbank.org to reserve your spot.
