Encore: second chance to see ‘Return of the River’, ‘DamNation’

Here’s proof that second chances do come along.

Friday Harbor Film Festival will presents a special double feature screening on Monday, Nov. 10, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. of two award-winning films that were sold out during the three-day festival and are worthy to screen again and together.
