Second annual soapbox race promises hills and thrills

Island Rec is excited to sponsor the Hill of Thrills Soap Box Race from 1 to 4 p.m, Sunday May 21 at the Friday Harbor Elementary School. Registration is $15 and ages 5 and up can participate. The second running of the now famous race is in full swing.
