The Earth Box Motel & Spa generously offered a room to a guest speaker for our county’s Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Roundtable.

The speaker, Andrea Cary-Grant, MA, runs “Relationship Resources” in Bellingham, which serves women who are perpetrators of domestic violence.

Andrea did not charge for her time and work to present in San Juan County. She addressed a room full of local professionals tasked with responding to domestic violence in our county. Feedback was terrific, Andrea loved her stay at Earth Box, and once again I am grateful for the generosity that abounds on our islands.
