New Caregiver Support Group runs for six weeks

Life Care Center of the San Juan Islands will be hosting a Caregiver Support Group for six Mondays, starting Nov. 14, 10 a.m. The sessions will be led by Sylvia Chesley Smith.

Topics include family dynamics, dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, navigating the medical and legal systems, role reversal, self care, and grief, loss and bereavement.

Donations will be accepted.
