Judah, wonderful son, loving brother, best friend and best man, “the Rock of Uncle.” Compassionate towards the world as he lived like Jesus, serving, caring, encouraging, and building up everyone around him, both spiritually and literally as he had been serving the people of Texas through Samaritan’s Purse Ministries after the hurricane that devastated much of southeastern Texas in late August of 2017.

Judah was preceded in eternal life by his brother Mike and sister Abigail. He is survived by his parents: Tom and Sarah Finney; brothers: Joseph, Isaac, and Nathanael; and sisters: Ruth, Naomi, and Jael. There are also brothers and sisters-in-law, and 13 nieces and nephews with more to come. Arrangements are in the care of Evans Funeral Chapel of Anacortes. 16 For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved. [John 3: 16-17]
