The Coast Guard is preparing to contract work to correct foundation deficiencies at the Cattle Point Light, using a multiple award task order construction contractors. A pre-proposal informational meeting will be at 11 a.m., Dec. 6, at the San Juan Island Grange #966, 152 First St. North, Friday Harbor. Afterward there will be a site visit at the lighthouse.
