All of San Juan County will be affected by an emergency power outage from our mainland power supplier to do critical maintenance on the system that gives the islands power. OPALCO was alerted midday Tuesday about this outage. The outage will begin at approximately 11 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13 and power is expected to be restored on May 14 no later than 7 a.m.
