Skagit Valley College’s Life Transitions Program will be offered, for free, at SVC’s San Juan Center in Friday Harbor. Classes begin on Jan. 8. SVC’s Life Transitions program is designed to help individuals who are looking into employment and college options, as well as to move on with their lives.
