Partial solar eclipse | Photos

From about 10 a.m. to noon, on Monday, Aug. 21, the sun dimmed and the temperature dropped as San Juan County residents witnessed the partial solar eclipse. The sun itself appeared normal, but viewing through eclipse glasses revealed the shadow of the moon blocked a majority of it.
