San Juan Golf & Tennis Club’s Winter Music Series II featuring local and mainland artists begins this Saturday, Jan. 25 and runs for eight weeks. This is a great opportunity to see live music in the off-season. These artists welcome the chance for a gig this time of year, and the series was sold out last year.

Saturday, Jan. 25, Christopher Maquire will be performing. He is a singer/guitarist who has been performing regularly since 1994. He was front man for a three-piece blues band in Portland, Oregon, for 20 years before transitioning to acoustic when his second son was born. Maquire has over 200 songs in his active solo repertoire, including his favorite well-known songs: “Georgia On My Mind,” “Dream A Little Dream Of Me,” “Hallelujah” and “Friday I’m In Love.”
