Zylstra Lake open house, Sept. 30

The San Juan County Land Bank and San Juan Preservation Trust Board members and staff are hosting a fall open house at Zylstra Lake Preserve from noon-4 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 30. Learn about the project, walk the preserve and share your vision. Tentative plans for the area include public access to the lake and surrounding fields. From Friday Harbor, take San Juan Valley Road for just over 3 miles. Look for signs to turn onto the property.
