Doctor in the house? Yes, Fraley-McRoberts earns Ph.D

Lisa Fraley McRoberts received her Ph.D in Organization and Management from Capella University. The commencement was held Aug. 10, 2013, in Minneapolis, Minn.

Lisa graduated from Friday Harbor High School in 1981, and received her bachelor’s degree from Washington State University, and her master’s degree from Eastern Connecticut State University.

Celebrating Lisa’s achievement’s in Minneapolis were parents Dr. George and Judy Fraley of Friday Harbor, and husband, Michael McRoberts, also of Friday Harbor High School, Class of ’81.

The McRoberts live in Bloomington, Ill., where Lisa is a strategic communications analyst at NTT Date. Michael, who retired from the U.S. Navy Submarine Service as a senior chief, is now in management training for Starbucks.
